This record is in excellent condition. It has a few spindle marks visible on the labels, but no pen marks or any other damage. The centre is firmly in place and overall they are in excellent condition. As for the vinyl itself, both sides are really clean. There is next to nothing visible in normal light, and just a few very light wispy lines visible when viewed under bright light. It has no scuffs of any nature, is perfectly flat and has a lovely lustre. The only thing visible is a small 2mm squared blemish/mark in the vinyl, which cannot be felt and is just purely a visual issue. It is in remarkable condition and I would grade higher if it weren't for its age.
I carefully play tested the record on my system(which is of decent standard, SME 3009 tonearm and Ortofon stylus) and it played really well. It lays flat, with next to no movement in the record arm, and the sound produced is superb. There is just a very mild crackle in the run in and then little to report. There are no pops, clicks or serious issues such as this. There is, to my ears, no background interference on either side other than the light crackle in the run in and also the run out. It was a very enjoyable play test and the audio produced is of great quality.
The Parlophone sleeve is generic, but is in excellent condition. It has only mild wear to the edges and corners(pics), and no splits or tears. There is however a few very minor creases and a mild ring mark visible.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent by special delivery within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift, safe delivery.
