This is the first 45 rpm release by this band prior to their hits in the early to mid 80's. This track, written by David Bowie and Brian Eno was released on this small indie label prior to the band's signing with MCA. The record was then issued by MCA. THIS IS THE ORIGINAL and is currently listed with the Record Collector Price Guide at £80 in Mint Condition.
Personally, I never describe any record as 'Mint' so this one gets my highest Condition Rating at NM (Near Mint) The playing surfaces are shiny and blemish-free, the labels are clean white and free of writing or stickers. Judging by the area around the spindle-hole, the record doesn't appear to have been played often if at all.
