Description
Beautiful original first pressing of the Band's "Brown Album", on 1969 green label Capitol LP STAO-132. RL in the runoff, indicating the highly prized River Ludwig mastering, and this copy sure does sound incredible. The disc is nearly perfect mint, with just a barely visible sleeve scuff or two, maybe... but it plays absolutely flawlessly and gorgeously. The mastering really does seem to be brighter and more present than my other pressing, and The experts say this is the best possible way to hear it - on a near mint original Ludwig pressing. The textured cover has only very light wear but is unusually clean and crisp. A truly beautiful copy.
