Description

Up for auction is a beautiful original copy of The Band's triple live album "The Last Waltz" originally released in the U.S. on Warner Bros Records (3WS 3146) in 1978.

-Guaranteed original First Pressing
-Deep groove correct Warner "trees" labels
-Original illustrated booklet w/ liner notes
-Original textured (3WS 3146) inner sleeves
-Original textured embossed cover
-NOT reissue or import
-No UPC/bar code on cover
-From my personal collection

Note:
These original matte textured covers and inner sleeves were very prone to wear, staining, and age discoloration.  This copy is exceptionally clean, one of the nicest originals I've ever seen.  The inner sleeves are beautiful, NO seam splits or ring wear.  And all 3 records have the crucial deep groove indents on labels, very hard to find.

Condition:
The cover is in very nice condition with only minor signs of wear.  No ring wear on front or back.  Very minor corner crease and tiny bump.  Some very faint handling marks, and some sunning to spine.  Very clean overall and well-preserved.  Grade: Excellent (EX).

The 3 vinyl discs are in great condition, still retain their original high gloss shine.  No apparent scratches or scuffs, just some very faint signs of being taken out of inner sleeve a couple times maybe.  I've owned this record for over 30 years and never played it all the way through.  Buyer may be the first to play it.  Very clean, hard to upgrade.  Grade: Near Mint (NM).
