ALBUM INFO:
The Last Waltz was a concert by The Band, held on American Thanksgiving Day, November 25, 1976, at Winterland Ballroom in San Francisco. This is the triple-LP soundtrack recording produced by Rob Fraboni and was issued in 1978. The Last Waltz was advertised as the end of The Band's illustrious touring career, and the concert saw The Band joined by more than a dozen special guests, including Paul Butterfield, Eric Clapton, Neil Diamond, Bob Dylan, Emmylou Harris, Ronnie Hawkins, Dr.John, Joni Mitchell, Van Morrison, Ringo Starr, Muddy Waters, Ronnie Wood, Bobby Charles and Neil Young.
The event was filmed by director Martin Scorsese and made into a documentary of the same name, released in 1978. The film features concert performances, scenes shot on a studio soundstage and interviews by Scorsese with members of The Band.

VISUAL GRADING:
(EX+) Due to length of this triple album, I unfortunately do not have the time to listen to it all. As a visual grading, I would grade all vinyl to be in Excellent+ condition; there are only a couple of very light surface marks on a couple of the LP's, so I feel that this set will play excellent without any major faults.
EMBOSSED SLEEVE:
(VG+) Considering it's age, this LP sleeve and the contents are in excellent condition. The sleeve has no tears, corner splits, writing or sticker marks; the sleeve does however have some wear to both the front and the back, with some creasing towards the spine on the front and back.
EDGES/SPINE:
All in excellent condition with just some minor wear and free from damage.
BOOKLET:
(EX) The booklet is in excellent condition with no tears or corner splits and just a couple of light smudges to the front.
INNER SLEEVES:
All three inner sleeves are in excellent condition with no damage such as tears and splits.
LABELS:
Clean, no damage or writing.
POSTAGE, PACKAGING, RETURNS
PAYMENT:
Items must be payed for within five days. If non payment within five days, I will then instigate an Ebay ruling. I will set up a dispute and either offer it to the runner up bidder or relist.
RETURNS POLICY:
I aim to provide an excellent service and hope that all buyers are satisfied with their purchase. However, if for any reason this should not be so, please contact me and on receipt of the item, I will give a full refund. I will not issue a refund if detail that is clearly stated on the advertisement has been missed by the buyer, so please read carefully.
PACKAGING:
I use preformed and standard mailers with stiffeners. I always take the vinyl out in its inner sleeve and place on top of the cover. This is then placed into a soft protective sleeve and packaged with stiffeners for full protection.
POSTAGE + PRICES
Please wait for an invoice before payment. I always ship between two-five days after payment. The prices below are based on one LP, however if several LP's are purchased, the cost will be slightly more. All EU and Over Seas purchases must be signed for with a value of up to £46. All purchases are sent Royal Mail first class. The postage prices include £1.50 for packaging materials.
UK & CHANNEL ISLANDS: Standard first class will be £3.49. If the value exceeds £41, it will be sent first class signed for which will be £5.EUROPE: First class signed for will be between £8- £12 depending where in Europe the item is being shipped, as it costs more to send to certain countries within the EU. For Example, it would cost me £8 to send an LP to Italy signed for, but would cost me £12 to send the same LP signed for to Switzerland. ALL OVERSEAS (NON-EU): First class signed for will be £14.
GRADING SYSTEM:
Grading System: In order to assist everyone who buys and sells rare records. I try to be as accurate and fair as possible to avoid any disappointment. I have added a (+) or (-) to the gradings where applicable.MINT: The record is either brand new or in brand new condition with no surface marks; the cover and any additional items such as inserts, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EX: The record shows some signs of having been played; the cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VG: The record has some noticeable surface marks, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects. GOOD: The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc. The vinyl has several surface marks, and may or may not affect play.
