Description

This is a beautiful copy of the very first solo single by Dennis Wilson: "Sound of Free" b/w "Lady" (Stateside 5C 006-92147). Released in Holland in 1970. A "Brother" recording. Both sides credited to "Dennis Wilson and Rumbo." Produced and arranged by Dennis Wilson. "Sound of Free" is co-written by Dennis Wilson and Mike Love. "Lady" is written by Dennis Wilson. Dennis collaborated on this single with his friend Daryl Dragon (aka Rumbo, aka The Captain from The Captain & Tennille). 

This is an extremely rare art sleeve on thick textured paper, released only in the Netherlands. It's typical generic artwork for Stateside but extremely rare nevertheless. Some minor ring wear, front and back. Some wrinkling at the top. 3" split at bottom, 1" split on both sides. Minor tears here and there. Overall, the sleeve is in VG to VG+ condition. No writing or stickers, a few light stains on either side of front (see photo), some minor browning on reverse.

Vinyl is stunning. Labels are clean, with no writing, stickers, or tears. Center intact. NM condition.
