Made in Germany. 
In 1978 many countries around the world released these Lps on Color vinyl. The German pressing are considered the BEST! You can actually hear the bass line in Hey Jude. 
Original Laminated Covers.
APPLE LABELS

It appears that the Color vinyl Hype sticker is actually printed on the cover.  No printed inners were included in these sets. They come with the original white poly-lined sleeves dated 1978
