Description

THE BEATLES - A Hard Day's Night POSTER - 1st PRESS!!! (Poland, 1965)

Mega rare ORIGINAL 1965 Polish "A Hard Day's Night" Movie Poster (called "The Beatles" here...) - in TOP condition!

Measures: 57cm x 84cm (23" x 34").

This is a REAL original 1st 1965 Press (the movie "The Beatles"  wasn't screen in Poland before 1965) - made from very thin and fragile paper (which is very prone to tearing). There is a very small and hardly visible Polish National Movie Archive vintage STAMP on back... This was a place from which I got that item some 10 years ago.

THIS IS ONE OF A KIND ITEM! And really nice one - designed by Waldemar Swierzy - one of the very few best Polish design artists.

This poster was bootlegged in the 80's but this is 'real McCoy'.

I have never seen any copy offered for sale - even in Poland. This is impossible to find in any condition, but to get it in MINT shape - it's a miracle!

This poster was kept rolled for all those years and is in unused MINT condition. No pinholes; no creases at all; no tears; no hidden flaws, just minimal dust (NOT dirt) here and there. The paper is slightly tanned - which is usual for 45 years old item. TOP ARCHIVE COPY!

This item was included on page 29 in great The Beatles Forever book (1977) by Nicholas Schaffner. You can see the scans.

THIS POSTER IS LOCATED IN WARSAW, POLAND
