Description

I have been collecting, buying and selling Beatles vinyl and memorabilia for many, many years now. I know the importance of accurate gradings and descriptions which you will find here. I ALWAYS offer a money back guarantee.

The Beatles - 'The Beatles (The White Album)'. PMC 7067 / PMC 7068

The Beatles 1968 UK 1st MONO ODEON EXPORT pressing of the 'The Beatles White Album' LP. Released on the 22nd November 1968, and offered here with incredibly rare ODEON EXPORT STICKERED VINYL AND SLEEVE.

Released on the dark UK Apple label, all four sides of the vinyl feature the 'Sold in The UK ....' statement. Side two features an embossed ‘KT’ tax code (hard to see but it’s there). Each of the green Apple labels features a large gold foil Odeon sticker indicating this was destined for export out of the UK to a country in which the Apple trademark was not registered or recognised. The matrix numbers on ALL four sides of the vinyl are the very earliest produced with each side ending in -1 (see below for full details). The vinyl are housed within the original black die cut inner sleeves and come with large original poster and set of three colour prints (Paul is missing). The cover is the original top opening sleeve which has embossed 'THE BEATLES' and the unique number of ’0394184’. The front features a long gold foil Odeon sticker. A very, very rare issue.

The matrix numbers are:

Side 1. XEX 709-1 1 OO

Side 2. XEX 710-1 3 GRO

Side 3. XEX 711-1 6 GGP

Side 4. XEX 712-1 5 OO

The vinyl are in VERY GOOD condition. At some point something has been spilt on the end of side two and caused a patch of stain. It is not scratching and may come off with a good clean.

All labels are in EXCELLENT condition.

The sleeve is in EXCELLENT- condition. A really nice example only some light corner bumps stop it from being EXCELLENT condition.

The inner sleeves are in VERY GOOD/VERY GOOD+ condition. I shall include additional inner sleeves for protection.

The poster is in VERY GOOD condition. Some seam splits and the folds.

The pictures are in EXCELLENT+ condition. Paul is missing.

This LP will be very carefully packaged for transit. UK recorded postage is: £5.50. EU recorded postage is: £13.95. Rest of the world recorded postage is: £19.95. Combined, reduced postage is available.
