Description
- Beatles '65 was the band's fifth U.S. studio album when it was released in December 1964 on Capitol Records. It immediately jumped to No. 1 on the charts where it stayed for nine weeks. It was released in original mono and stereo versions.
- This mono copy (T 2228) is from the first pressing and is in good condition. It plays very cleanly and I rate the vinyl as VG+. The cover has some ring and spine wear and a little bit of writing on it which is why I rate it as VG. Please see the pictures.
- In addition to its original packaging, this album will come with a high quality Anti-Static Round Bottom Sleeve to hold the vinyl disc and a sturdy 3 mil. polyethylene Archival Quality Outer Sleeve.
- Free shipping is included in the special corrugated album mailer seen in the last picture.
- This vintage 12" vinyl album has been sitting upright on a shelf in climate controlled storage for the past 55 years. It has not been played in decades other than a quick test spin for this sale which found no skips or obvious flaws. Like all used records it should be cleaned with an anti-static brush to minimize the occasional pops that are part of playing vinyl albums. Buyers should note that this is a well-cared for but used record and it will have some minor imperfections.
