I have shown 12 photos of this UK The Beatles A Hard Days Night Mono LP. It is on Parlophone records from 1964 with catalogue No- PMC 1230. Its a UK 1st Press and the Matrix numbers are- XEX 481 - 3N , XEX 482 - 3N Mother stampers are- 3 ROG , 4 RGL The record has a nice sheen and side1 has a few very light feint marks which do not affect play whatsoever.The marks are hardly noticeable and side 1 is visually Ex+ Side 2 has no marks and is visually near mint. It has stunning superb playback both sides with no issues-just magnificent sound. It has near mint playback with no background noise and it is a definite upgrade LP. Play graded near mint. I have play tested it on my Thorens TD 160 turntable as seen in photos and it plays really beautifully throughout. Really fantastic astounding full punchy rich mono sound to this UK 1st press. These Beatles Mono 1st presses are rich warm and sonically great.Hard to believe this LP is 54 years old. You will search high and low to find one that plays anywhere near as lovely as this one does. The labels are both in EX condition and they have The Parlophone Co Ltd text and the Sold in the UK text. There are just a few light wispy spindle marks present to the labels. The laminated flipback Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd 1st press sleeve is also in lovely EX+ condition. The back of the sleeve is extremely very clean and free from grubby marks and the front is really lovely too. Just check close ups of the photos provided.A definite keeper LP here without a doubt. The sleeve has a nice spine and the text on the spine is fully legible.Please forgive the photography of the spine-it makes it look like The Beatles text is blurred.I can assure you that the spine is definitely clearly full legible with bold clear black lettering. The opening edge of the sleeve is also lovely. The correct inner sleeve is also in near mint condition. A very nice upgrade example for sure that plays really lovely and beautiful throughout.....
