The BEATLES 3rd album, which compiles the film soundtrack songs, and more great tracks all in STEREO.
This first pressing master was retained for the mid-sixties sales, which were sold in lesser numbers than the mono issues.
The slightly later lables here show "THE GRAMOPHONE CO LTD." in the perimeter text, the cover has the SMALL 'stereo' at top right, and the disc comes in the EMI ad inner, featuring albums available from 1966.
This is an identifiable rarity, and when it's the greatest pop rock group in history and in STUNNING shape - it's a significant investment quality collectible.
CONDITION;
VINYL is NEAR MINT only sparse light spider-web faintly visible under bright light, this has TOP shine.
The music is SUPER clear, and as a new album!
LABLES are EX/NM, no stickers or spindle lines.
A name & number is barely seen on side 1 perimeter.
The LAMINATED Single sleeve Garrod & Lofthouse COVER with foldover tabs is BEAUTIFULLY flat, it's a wonder how it can be SO well preserved in all these years. What is inexplicable however is that some writing has been done in red on the rear. It's in several places, though fairly small. Perhaps this could be covered up with a little care and 'white out' liquid paper.
