Hello and welcome to this auction for a 'Beatles - A Hard Day's Night' 1964 first press CHUBBY STEREO vinyl LP in overall GOOD+/VERY GOOD- condition.
This particular pressing is the first ever STEREO pressing of A Hard Day's Night from 1964! It is considered to be rare as the demand for stereo records in 1964 was very low and most were made to custom order. Very rare indeed!

Condition:
Vinyl (visual): Side 1 - quite a fair amount of light scratches and hairline marks. There is one very lightly feelable mark that I doubt will affect play. Rated as GOOD+. Label is VERY GOOD-. Side 2 - same as Side 1!
Audio: AUDIO GRADE TO FOLLOW!!
Inner Sleeve: The original EMITEX inner sleeve is in EXCELLENT- condition! Nice and crisp without a single split! Houses the record superbly well with the lightest of creases.
Sleeve: The original 1964 STEREO flipback sleeve is in GOOD+ condition! There is a repaired split on the front of the sleeve by the opening edge. It's approximately 5" long and has been professionally repaired from the inside - no marks or tape can seen. There are quite a lot of creases and edgewear. The There are no splits but the very top of the sleeve has a 4" section which is rubbing thin. The rear of the sleeve is discoloured but NO WRITING!! The spine is around 95% readable with 'IGHT' being scuffed. The flipbacks are intact but do have some creasing. Overall, not the best sleeve in the world but it's free from writing and houses the record really well! DO NOT MISS OUT ON THIS BARGAIN PRICE!!
