Hello and welcome to this auction for a 'Beatles - A Hard Day's Night' vinyl LP in overall EXCELLENT condition.
This particular pressing features the FIRST PRESS 'chubby font' on both labels! It also features a 1H MOTHER STAMPER on Side 2! Early press indeed! Stereo copies of early Beatles albums are MUCH rarer than the mono copies as demand for stereo copies was very low - no one had the correct equipment to play them on! Early pressing like this would often be received via custom order at the local record shop. DO NOT MISS OUT!!!

Condition:
Vinyl (visual): Side 1 - there are a few light hairlines and sleeve removal trails only! Nothing feelable or deep! Currently rated as EXCELELNT. Label is VERY GOOD+/EXCELLENT-. Side 2 - same as Side 1 with a VERY GOOD label.
Audio: I have play-tested the first track on Side 1 and the first track on Side 2 ONLY! They both rate as EXCELLENT+!! VERY quiet on the run-in with barely any crackle!! The clarity is FANTASTIC!! VERY punchy and the highs are so crisp and clear! This is an amazing copy as far as these first few tracks go for! No skips, jumps or sticks on these tracks. I believe that the rest of the album will play in the same way. DO NOT MISS OUT!!
Sleeve: The original 1964 large STEREO flipback sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition!! The front has an incredible gloss and shine to it! There is some laminate creasing here and there and some very light ringwear towards the bottom but nothing major! Looks great! The rear of the sleeve is nice and clean and WHITE! It does have a few light marks and age-related discolouration in some obscure places. The flipbacks are intact and clean with light laminate creases (difficult to spot). Still a great looking sleeve that will be difficult to beat for the price! The spine is 100% readable and square with a couple of very light creases towards the edges. A GREAT SLEEVE - DO NO MISS OUT!!!
