Original 10th July 1964 UK 1st Press Mono copy of The Beatles - A Hard Day's Night in superb, barely played condition.
The matrix numbers are; XEX 481-3N XEX 482-3N See photos for mothers/stampers.
The vinyl has been cleaned in our amazing Degritter and has come up spotlessly clean and very lustrous with minimal marks - tiny faint paper marks and trace scuffs. The embossed KT tax code is visible either side of the spindle hole ( see photos). The vinyl sits flat on the turntable with very clean labels and spindle holes - evidence of very light play. Graded strong EX.
Playback reveals a typically bold, vibrant and bright mono sound with great instrument separation. Needless to say the vinyl plays through beautifully with no issues.
The flipback laminate sleeve is in beautiful condition. Clean, smooth & solid with no real wear worth mentioning. Lovely crisp readable spine. No laminate lift or peel/flaking. No writing, stains, splits, tears or ugly tape repairs. Some light age related discolouration to the rear and spine.
The original Emitex inner sleeve is present & is still doing a great job.
A superb copy for a collector, or simply to own, play and enjoy, fully cleaned & tested.
