A HARD DAY’S NIGHT – THE BEATLES Mono PMC 1230 – First Issue Yellow and Black Parlophone Label with original Parlophone / EMI advertising flyer and original inner bag

Nice copy FIRST SSUE – label text “The Parlophone Co Ltd”, “Recording First Published 1964” & “Sold in UK…” “Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd” sleeve. Mid sized mono on front cover

Matrix numbers XEX 481 3N and XEX 482 3N - ie FIRST ISSUE

Complete with rare PARLOPHONE Records flyer and original “Emitex” poly lined inner bag

Single sleeve. Laminated front, matt rear with round cornered flipbacks. Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Condition Very Good. A few slight laminate crinkles mostly to the edges of the sleeve. Corners are good only slightly bumped. Spine is very good. Record ring wear not evident on back and very slight evidence on front

Clean looking vinyl. Evidence of hairline scratches and scuffs but despite these the album sounds superb and there are no crackles, pops etc even between tracks !!!

Nice clean labels. Heavier spindle wear on side 1 compared to side 2 (see photos)

Played  before listing and I can confirm that sound is excellent (despite hairline scratches and scuffs). Almost silent between tracks and run ins / run offs. Fantastic mono sounds as fresh now as it did 50 years ago. No crackles, no pops. Sounds really amazing I can promise that after listening to it before listing !!!
