My listings will include rare and not so rare but as vinyl is in such demand these days I'll be covering the whole spectrum as I firmly believe there is a market for everything. All records have been played through at least once (in order to give a true grading) on my REGA P1 turntable (which sounds superb!) , which I bought from my Leeds stockist, Audio Republic, details of which will be mailed out with the vinyl. The fairs currently on offer are superb and are far more pleasurable experience than sitting at home, trawling the internet for those shabby so called mint records. Rest assured, MINT means MINT (no marks/no scratches/no spindle marks/faultless vinyl/faultless sleeve)....and I'm not afraid to use the term VERY GOOD which, incidentally, does not mean trashed !!!! I'll be continually listing some great stuff so keep an eye out.

CRISP "PATENTS PENDING" FIRST PRESS SLEEVE !!!! VINYL WELL PLAYED BUT WELL LOOKED AFTER !! ORIGINAL EMITEX INNER SLEEVE !!! IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS !!!

CONDITION

SLEEVE

The classic Garrod & Lofthouse Patents Pending front laminated flipback sleeve is in GREAT condition !! A solid, crisp sleeve with only a few laminate crease, slight wear to the corners, a couple of tiny patches of wear to the bottom edge, and a couple of light indentations....and that's about it !!! There is no ring wear, no dings/dents, no stains, no grubbiness, no mustiness, no writing, no sellotape, no seam splits, no stickers, only very slight thumbing to the opening edge (which is still very solid !), and no wear to a near perfect square spine !! The unlaminated rear face is very white with only some slight discolouration patches....the top flipback has a scetion missing, and the other 2 flipbacks are excellent !!! FIND A BETTER ONE !!! The sleeve grades VERY GOOD++

INNER SLEEVE

The correct IMPORTANT polylined inner sleeve grades VERY GOOD++++

VINYL

The record clearly has been well played but well looked after, SIDE 1 has a noticeable mark/scratch all the way across which causes intermittent dull clicks and a few other marks/scuffs, and SIDE 2 has only a couple of ultra light surfacemarks/scuffs, and only a few of the very lightest sleeve removal marks/scuffs when viewed at an angle under a bright light !!! The record plays superb ( SIDE 1 plays VERY GOOD++ / SIDE 2 plays EXCELLENT+ ) with crystal clear sound, and some light background noise/crackle....with no hiss, no distortion, no skips, no jumps, no sticks, no pops !!! FIND A BETTER ONE !! The vinyl grades VERY GOOD+

LABELS

The labels with the K T Tax Code grade EXCELLENT++ with a lot of visible spindle marks on each side, whitening/wear to the spindle holes, but no other unwanted wear or writing !!!!
