THE BEATLES – A Hard Day’s Night ORIG 2nd Press Parlophone LP / PCS 3075 (UK, Stereo, 1965)
Here’s the 2nd press yellow & black 1965 Stereo of the Fabs’ 3rd UK LP:
Matrices: YEX 126-1 / YEX 127-1
Mothers & Stampers: 3 OM / 2 MD
‘Gramophone Co. Ltd’ rim text, no ‘Recording first published’, ‘Sold in the UK’.
The front-laminated Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve is in a VG (Very Good) condition. SMALL ‘Stereo’ to the front top right corner. Several handling creases to the front; corner wear to front bottom right; toning to the rear and name and number 8 written to the rear. NO splits, tears, rips. Excellent spine.
Yellow & black labels are above average. NO writing, stickers or residue and only light (and I mean light!) spindle traces.
Medium-weight vinyl also in solid VG (Very Good) visual condition. Some light scuffs and hairlines including one more prominent to Side 2. None of these sound and the disc plays very well indeed – NO snap, crackle or pops, no loud clicks, distortion or loss of clarity. Just the occasional light tick and slight surface in the dead wax areas. EX play and A VERY NICE LISTEN!
Supplied in ‘Emitex’ lined paper inner.
