Description
THE BEATLES - A Hard Day's Night (UK, Parlophone, PMC 1230, 1964) 1964 mono pressing, the label has "Sold in the UK..." text and "Recording first published 1964", side 2 has a KT tax code. The matrices are XEX 481 3N & XEX 482 3N. The sleeve is by Ernest J Day.
Condition:
Sleeve: EX, the laminated front cover has some tiny creases at the edges and there are two small ones at the opening edge. The back is very clean.
Disc: Grading under a 100w bulb, side 1 is EX+ with just a few hairlines, side 2 is VG+ and has a number of very light scuffs and hairlines, none of which affect play . The labels are clean with one light spindle trail per side and the "Use Emitex" inner is present. The disc has been cleaned on a Loricraft PRC-3 vacuum record cleaner, playback is very clean and surface noise is close to zero even between songs.
