HERE IS A CHANCE TO PICK UP AN EARLY 1969 FIRST PRESSING OF THE BEATLES 'ABBEY ROAD' VINYL ALBUM, IN VERY GOOD+ CONDITION
APPLE RECORDS PCS 7088 STEREO PRESSING RELEASED 26TH SEPTEMBER 1969
MATRIX: SIDE 1 YEX 749 - 2 AD 3 SIDE 2 YEX 750 - 1 PH 1
This version is the "first label, revised cover" version: Dark green labels with a whole apple on the A-side label and a half, sliced-open apple on B-side. The labels have the "(An E.M.I. Recording)" text on two lines and small "33 1/3" text moved to the left side. Publishing year printed with a small ℗ symbol. The B-side label does not have "Her Majesty" credits. The labels are quite dark, although the actual shade of green varies between copies.
Comes in a full laminated cover without flaps on the back side. The front cover has the drain showing, the rear cover has the Apple logo aligned with the text, and 'Her Majesty' is not listed.
Some copies were packaged with a die-cut black inner sleeve. This copy has the black inner Sleeve.

VINYL VG+. CONDITION, HIGH GLOSS VINYL. HAS LIGHT MARKS ONLY, SUPERB STRONG AUDIO, PLAYS WITH NO STICKING OR JUMPING. SOME BACKGROUND NOISE AND A LITTLE CRACKLE IN PLACES. BUT OVERALL IS A SUPERB LISTEN. LABELS ARE CLEAN, SLEEVE IS VG+. LIGHT CREASING AND WEAR, BLACK INNER IS VG. CREASING AND STICKER ATTACHED (SEE PHOTOS)

Vinyl Will Have A Fair Amount Of Surface Damage, Will Play With No Jumps Or Sticks, But Will Have Significant Surface Noise Fair – Sleeve Will Be Badly Damaged, Vinyl Will Have A Lot Of Damage, Will Play With Surface Noise And May Jump/Stick Etc.
