Description
PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
UBER RARE Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab Original Master Recording audiophile edition from 1980 pressed on BROWN TRANSLUCENT vinyl, this was the first MOFI release by the Beatles!!! Remastered at half speed by Stan Ricker with original printed posterboard fold-out protective sleeve and heavy-duty dust protector rice paper inner sleeve!!! This is unquestioningly the earliest pressing with the Superdiscs/An Audiophile's Dream Come True print on the posterboard sleeve. Subsequent pressings had a completely different layout and a Geo-Disc insert. LP is easily VG+, close to VG++, with a few light paper scuffs and cover is VG with some light ring.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING: MINT (SEALED)
NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF USE
VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS
GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
