THE BEATLES "ABBEY ROAD"

APPLE RECORDS Cat# PCS 7088

UK First pressing 1969 issue LP

**********************************************************

APPLE issued this  LP "Abbey Road" in 1969 - the final recording though not the last release, as the "Let It Be" tapes were mixed by Phil Spector and put out some months later. The band was already history by then, sadly, but the announcement was delayed to accommodate.

This album was really a wonderful committed effort by the four lads to create a special recording, and they fully achieved it!

Highly regarded by many as their best - or one of the best albums. Certainly leaving on a high, and some of the best tracks of the era are here. George especially excelled.

"Her Majesty" isn't listed on the lable (or cover), it's the first pressing.

A cool original BEATLES lp - a vintage investment gem!

CONDITION;

The VINYL grades EXCELLENT, one line close to the beginning of side 2 plays through fine. Some light 'travel' on the intro soon disappears.

LABLES are clean, no stickers or writing.

The single sleeve fully laminated COVER is EX, a little handling, no splits or stickers.

The original white inner sleeve is included.

Please see photos.
