THE BEATLES – “ABBEY ROAD” ORIGINAL MASTER RECORDING LP – 1979
You are bidding on an ORIGINAL pressing of THE BEATLES, “ABBEY ROAD” – ORIGINAL MASTER RECORDING LP, issued on MOBILE FIDELITY SOUND LABS in 1979. This one is in VG+ condition all the way around and contains all of the original inserts. A very rare and desired recording that has been taken very good care of since purchased by me in 1979.
Yellow banner at the top cover "Original Master Recording." White Mo-Fi label has the Capitol C logo.
Early pressings, like this one, came with a posterboard fold-out insert protecting the LP. On one side is a description of Mo-Fi's background called "An Audiophile's Dream Come True!" and the other side "Superdiscs Supertapes Superstars Super Quality"
The LP itself is translucent (hold it up to a bright light and you can see through it) and it comes in a paper-line rice paper sleeve. Pressed in Japan
I am not a professional LP grader and all of my sales are from my private collection which I am liquidating. Therefore, I grade conservatively. All of my LPs have been stored in climate controlled conditions during the entire time I have possessed them, and I always took good care to preserve my LPs. Please examine photographs carefully and if you have any questions, ask!
