Label: The standard dark green Apple label
The label does NOT have "Sold in the U.K..." statement.
The label has "Mfd. in U.K.".
The label has "Produced by George Martin"
The inner sleeve is white and Made in Great Britain.
The label does NOT include reference to the track "Her Majesty."

Two variations of the covers and inner sleeve exists.
- The Apple records logo on the back cover is misaligned and printed near the left.
- The arm of the lady is more or less visible on some of the back covers
- The inner sleeve is either black or white
The record is in V/GOOD / Excellent condition.Vinyl has nice gloss, On playing the sound is Excellent sharp and clear.There are some whispery hairlines on the record, The sleeve is in Excellent condition. The sleeve has a superb bright shine and the image is still sharp. The colours are bold, still clean and the text is clear.
