Description
The original EP sleeve was made by Garrod & Lofthouse and has a front laminated rounded upper and lower rear flaps and “Garrod” at the center bottom, see pictures.
Validated on The Beatles Collection website. Sleeve is in VG condition, wth some minor contour creasing and edge wear. Vinyl has one noticeable scratch on side 1 across track 2, but has been play tested with no issues. Ref JCA45s
First pressing, February 7, 1964. The first pressing has black label with yellow logo and silver print. “The Parlophone Co. Ltd…” printed at the start perimeter print and the publishing year printed as “Recording First Published 1963?. Push-out center with KT or RKT tax code. Matrix numbers: Side 1: 7TCE 790-1N, Side 2: 7TCE 791-1N.
The push out centre has detached from 2 of the edges, but is intact on the other 2.
