Description
For sale I have a Vinyl LP by THE BEATLES entitled Abbey Road.
The album was issued on the Apple Label in 1969 With Catalogue No. PCS 7088 and pressing numbers YEX 749-2 & YEX 750-1 which may indicate a first pressing?
The vinyl is in very good clean condition with minor wear noted and nothing to affect playback.
The inner sleeve appears to be the original Apple Records sleeve and whilst I could have changed it for a brand new sleeve I felt it best to retain this one. It has some creasing towards the edges and a circular crease where the record has been stored for over 50 years. There are a couple of small stains and numbers written to the top left corner of one side.
The outer cover is complete and intact and in overall very good clean condition. There is a round record mark when held up to the light, similar to that described above and some creasing / edge wear in places, particularly to the top right corner. The laminate is just beginning to lift along the spine area. There is no writing.
