THE BEATLES Abbey Road 1978 APPLE Green Vinyl UK Press NM Vinyl, NM Jacket
This is a REALLY great shape BEATLES Abbey Road record from my family's own personal record collection from when we owned a record store in Kalamazoo, Michigan in the 70's and 80's. This has been carefully stored and though it pains me to sell it, I feel like it is time to let her go.
The photos speak for themselves, but here are the nitty gritty details:
Vinyl looks brand new and mint (though due to it being not sealed I have rated it NM). I cannot see any scratches or blemishes of any kind on vinyl (likely un-played). Sleeve (laminated, clarifoil style cover) looks exceptionally clean at the very top end of EX (I think most people would rate it NM but I try to rate conservatively so EX it is) - has been stored very carefully. Bottom right corner of sleeve has been folded a little too far at some point which has caused a small amount of delamination to occur - see photos. There is also a very small area where delamination has occurred just behind the white coat tails of John Lennon. Also - something else of note is the seem on the jacket at the top appears to have been glued imperfectly from the factory - see photos. I don't believe this to have been repaired, rather this was the way it left the factory. I would not usually mention such a tiny detail, however at this price point I feel all anomalies need to be addressed.
I doubt a better one will come along anytime soon so don't let this one slip away.
