Complete with OBI,insert and inner black sleeve.
The matrix# is 1S.The press mark is 9K(Pressed in Oct.1969/Very 1st press!!)
Extremely hard to find even in JAPAN now.

Disc is in EX- /EX(Side A/B) condition.
Sleeve is in EX+ condition.
