Description
THE BEATLES Abbey Road lp UK PRESS Apple PCS 7088 vinyl MADE IN ENGLAND STICKER Shipping Info Description Vintage vinyl lp: THE BEATLES - ABBEY ROAD. This is a UK release, with small "Made in England" sticker to the front cover; the jacket is flimsy/lightweight, and coated/laminated; 16 tracks; it does not have the "Her Majesty" credit on the labels; I believe the apple on the record labels is the darker-green version; the apple on the back cover is aligned properly; the side 2 label has black text over the sliced apple logo and the black text disappears into the black background at the bottom of the apple; later releases had the text arranged so as to all fit within the white part of the apple. Stereo, Apple Records, PCS 7088 (YEX.749/YEX-750), 1969. The matrix/dead wax of side 1 has "YEX-749-2" with the number '3' at 9 o'clock and 'PA' at 4 o'clock; side 2 has "YEX-750-1" with number '8' at 1 o'clock and "PLL" at 6 o'clock. CONDITION: record labels have some minimal spindle marks. The vinyl is glossy and has only a few light scuffs and a couple of longer but very light, minimal scratches to side 2. It plays great with only a couple of very minimal moments of background pops. The jacket has a crease and seveal small edge wrinles at top-right corner area, a couple more small edge wrinkles; clean edges, corners and spine. VINYL: Very Good+. JACKET: Very Good+.
