This record is in very good+ condition. It has some spindle marks visible on each label but there are not loads. There is also no pen marks, scuffs, stains or major issues. There is some light wear around the centres but nothing extreme and they are not loose. Overall the iconic yellow and black Parlophone labels are in good shape with all text legible and no really major issues to report.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides show signs of use and age but also have no deep, nasty or major marks/scratches. There is light lines showing, minor scuffs and general signs of use. There is also some 'mottled' areas in places(around outer edge) which show when it is angled. Overall a used vintage lp that has signs of play and use but is also not trashed. It still has a nice lustre and is in good playable condition overall.
I play tested the record and it played tidily. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is little to no arm movement. The audio produced is a solid grade of VG+ with no skips, sticks or annoying tics. There is some light surface noise in the run ins and between tracks but the majority of the audio of good clarity. Overall an enjoyable listen throughout with no major faults and generally tidy audio.
The laminated gatefold sleeve is in very good+ condition. It is generally tidy with no major faults but does have a few things to mention. Firstly there is a small 1cm tear halfway down the front right edge. There is also some creasing around this and the surrounding area. Other than this there is also light ring marks showing to both sides, minor levels of laminate creasing and some wear/creasing to the spine. This is still all legible however and the sleeve is strong with no splits. It has some light signs of age inside the gatefold but no major faults. Overall a solid and generally tidy sleeve but one that has some general signs of its age and the small tear as mentioned. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
It includes its original 'Use Emitex' inner which is solid with no splits but has some grubbiness and signs of age. The record will be sent in a brand new plain white replacement inner to ensure it is clean and ready to play.
