DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: Superb!...just the tiniest bit of wear at the bottom of the spine, otherwise Superb and very hard to find in this condition!...nice and clean...laminate tight Spine lettering lovely and clear: EX+
INNER: Superb...Lovely and crisp..no seam splits, tears or marks: EX+
VINYL - SIDE ONE: just a few ultrafine 'paper contact' hairlines..plays beautifully with just a little light static between tracks..no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...lovely clear sound throughout: VISUAL EX / AUDIO EX

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
