Original gatefold sleeve with "flipback" seams - with "MONO" in outline block

Condition:

SLEEVE:  VERY GOOD - Gatefold sleeve in great condition and free of any splits or writing.  Very slight wear to the bottom of the opening centre fold and to corners, but otherwise a very clean example - especially when you consider that it is over 50 years old.

Please note that this offering COMES COMPLETE with the "EMITEX" lined inner sleeve which is in very nice condition - free from any splits or writing

VINYL:  EXCELLENT - I have no hesitation is rating this vinyl very highly.  The heavy vinyl does show one or two very small and light hairlines under very close examination, but I stress that these are insignificant and will in no way spoil your pleasure.  I have listened to the album several times,  and the original MONO sound being quite superb.  Did not detect any crackles skips or jumps.   The labels are clean and bright and unmarked.

A GREAT ADDITION TO ANY COLLECTION.

DEFINITELY ONE FOR THE COLLECTOR

I try to accurately describe the condition as per The Record Collector's Guide's parameters:

MINT:  The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.  Records advertised as Sealed or unplayed should be mint.

EXCELLENT:  The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality.  The cover and packaging may have some slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD:  The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.  Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD:  The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc.
