The original 4th UK album release from the Beatles, already becoming prolific in the charts with absolutely brilliant singles, and the popular innovative film too.
They were the No. 1 best band of the times - and Beatlemania was in full throes.
The albums were exceptional, and they were very busy at this period with gigs, TV appearances, photo sessions, and press sittings.
Here we found them still very much embedded with their rock 'n roll roots.
Some great songs here though.
These early MONO issues were by far the best mix, as recorded and produced at Abbey Road Studio.
I should add that the solid heavy vinyl discs sound GREAT in Mono, and some of the pressings got better with each remastering.
This one certainly does sound really good and the condition is very nice too.
CONDITION;
The VINYL grades VG++ to EX.
Nice shine, paper wisps are visible under a bright light, but nothing affecting play.
Yellow and black FIRST Lables are EXCELLENT, no stains, stickers or pen. No tax code letters.
The 1st Edition LAMINATED GATEFOLD COVER is VG+ overall - the usual wear to the folding seam at top and bottom.
