Original 1980 OZ pressing on the silver/black PARLOPHONE label (R 91103 - 10) Stereo and Mono tracks. Crate-style cardboard box.

An absolute 'MUST' for any Beatles fan or, collector. A genuine masterpiece, featuring 124 tracks, including many different and unique versions & mixes. there are too many to list here, but for example, there's the full length version of I Am The Walrus; the original single version of Love Me Do (with Ringo on drums); the stereo version of She's A Woman, and, the original mono single version of All You Need Is Love, to name a few. This version of the box set was available only via mail order, through the World Record Club in Australia. It contains 8 separate (and unique) Beatles albums, each with its own colourful card sleeve, liner notes and, catalogue number. Packaging is a lovely hinged box, reproduced as a shipping crate.

In this example, the vinyl is in absolute MINT condition, never having been played, and rarely handled in the past 25 years. The labels are MINT. The individual sleeves are also MINT. The box itself is NEAR MINT (there are a couple of small chips on the bottom edge, but this is how it originally arrived to me, when ordered. and they've never changed since that day - always been kept in a plastic sleeve for its protection). There are NO signs of age or, wear of any kind. As I have owned this box set since release, I can absolutely guarantee its MINT grading, and its quality. HAPPY BIDDING!!

GRADING: Records are graded as per Record Collector Magazine published standards. Mint/Excellent/Very Good/Good, and so on. (+) or, (-) will be added to gradings to indicate any variation to these standards. I won't list records that have major faults (skipping/jumping, etc) unless they so rare/collectable that the condition becomes of secondary importance to actually owning a copy! Where this is the case I'll tell you. I will always grade down rather than up, if there's any doubt. Grading is done by a combination of playing and visual inspection , but ALL records are played for grading (other than 'MINT' copies, for obvious reasons!). Any obvious blemish will be noted, as will any intrusive surface noise. All records are cleaned prior to listing. In my listings the photograph displayed is of the actual record you are bidding for, and therefore forms part of the description. Please read description/gradings carefully.
