Description
THE BEATLES Beatles For Sale 1969 UK PARLOPHONE ONE EMI BOX MINT AUDIO
FLAWLESS SOUND - CRISP, CLEAN & FRESH - FEW PLAYS
THE BEATLESBeatles For Sale
1969 UK PARLOPHONE (ONE EMI BOX) 4th PRESSING (ISSUED IN STEREO ONLY) OF "Beatles For Sale"
SEEN JUST A COUPLE OF SPINS AND PLAYS BEAUTIFULLY THROUGHOUT WITH A FRESH, DEEP, RICH AND CLEAN SOUND - COMPARABLE (SOME EVEN SAY SUPERIOR) TO THE 1964 PRESSING
PRESSED ON MID/HEAVYWEIGHT VINYL (141g) WITH THE BLACK/SILVER PARLOPHONE LABELS, ONE EMI BOX AND "The Gramophone Co. Ltd." RIM TEXT
THE RECORD IS HOUSED IN THE ORIGINAL INTERNAL-FLIPBACK SINGLE LEAF GATEFOLD COVER
COMPLETE WITH THE ORIGINAL TINTED EMI ADVERTISING INNER SLEEVE
MATRIX: YEX 142-1 / YEX 143-1
MOTHERS/STAMPERS: 4/PD and 1,G/OT
Side 1: No Reply / I'm A Loser / Baby's In Black / Rock And Roll Music / I'll Follow The Sun / Mr. Moonlight / Kansas City
Side 2: Eight Days A Week / Words Of Love / Honey Don't / Every Little Thing / I Don't Want To Spoil The Party / What You're Doing / Everybody's Trying To Be My Baby
LABELS: NEAR MINT
Clean labels with just one/two light spindle traces - seen little use
VINYL Visual: EXCELLENT++
Apart from a couple of extremely light and superficial harmless brush marks from the inner both surfaces shine like new
VINYL Audio: MINT
Crystal clear, deep, rich and clean audio quality with an incredibly fresh and immediate sound easily equaling the reproduction of the 1964 pressings and my play-check at loud volume found no audible issues of any kind - lovely copy - plays like-new
SLEEVE: EXCELLENT
Fine example - a little feathering to the edges of the single gatefold leaf (not unexpected) otherwise clean and unmarked
INNER SLEEVE: EXCELLENT++
Clean and fresh - no seam splits - barely handled
POST & PACKING:
