After a lot of searching, I believe this album is from the first pressing but, with my limited knowledge, I am not sure.  So, I tried to take good pictures so anyone who knows about vintage albums would be able to determine if it is or is not.  The sleeve shows signs of age with some scuffing.  I cannot see any issues with the record itself but I would not try to play as, I am sure, it should be cleaned professionally before playing.  Please refer to pictures.  
I had an inquiry from an Ebayer regarding whether the words "THEATRE ROYAL" on the 5th row, second picture over John and Paul's head could be read.  I am adding the picture I took which shows it but it is very hard to see.  

I am not an expert but try to describe my items as completely and accurately as possible given the information I have before me. If you believe I misrepresented an item in any way, I will gladly accept its return.
