Description

If you are looking for this item you probably know all about it by now.  I am the original owner of this box, purchased it as soon as they came out in Alexandria VA in 1982.  It is limited edition number 8401 of the first issue of these boxes.   This box and all materials are near mint condition, the box and all materials included are flawless, no dings, cuts, folds, abrasions of any sort.  All the original items are included. The brass has darkened over the years but that is it. The records I rate as excellent because they have been played but not since around 1990 when I gave up my Phillips turntable.  They are all in excellent condition, were only played on my top quality equipment after a rigid cleaning and destatic protocol.  The outstanding clarity and purity of these recording are astounding, especially the early albums, to hear them on a good system was and is pure joy!  

I am offering this box at a reasonable price because I am moving very soon, liquidating absolutely everything and going nomad, have loads of things to sell in a short time.  I guarantee that of all the boxes on I see on eBay at this time this is the best deal by far, excellent condition at the lowest posted price.  You will not be disappointed in this item!

I also have the pictured box of all their 45 singles, available separately. These are not included in this listing!  These are mint condition and pretty much never even played.  The covers are beautiful, there is the list detailing each single's release date and chart position and duration.  There is a bonus extra picture disc and I also include a reprint of a snapshot I took of John and Yoko outside the Dakota  in 1980.    These listed and offered separately as 'The Beatles Singles Collection 45 rpm discs'.
