Description
Here we have a RARE & COLLECTABLE MISPRESSED Single vinyl 7" record (45rpm); with 2 tracks; by THE BEATLES . The record has the correct era, PARLOPHONE / EMI custom issue Sleeve. Both sides have Matrix numbers ending in -1N indicating the very FIRST PRESSING / ISSUE. This is a MISPRESSING (more acurately it is a MISLABELLING as it plays the correct songs) as it has the same labelling on both sides.
SIDE A. Can't Buy Me Love ; matrix 7XCE 17657-1N SIDE B. label says Can't Buy Me Love ; plays You Can't Do That ; matrix 7XCE 17658-1N. (1963) PARLOPHONE R 5114.
Condition : Vinyl : Visually VERY GOOD - (minus) (several surface marks; even more noticeable under strong, direct light) . However, both sides plays really very well, not quite, but nearly EXCELLENT . The labels are in EXCELLENT- condition, with no spindle marks & just an "X" written in pencil on the B-side letting them down (I guess the previous owner did this to differentiate the 2 sides). The B-side label is also different in that it has the K & T pressing letters on either side of the central, spindle hole. Sleeve EXC. . This is the correct era Parlophone / EMI sleeve. No listing for the MISPRESSING; ordinarily LISTED @ £20 (Mint).
This disc has been played quite a few times & is in Very Good condition. It plays Really Well. Please don't bid if you looking for a Mint or, perfect copy. This is only VERY GOOD, & great for sound.
