·       We ship within 1 business days after payment has cleared. 

·        Shipping is to eBay-registered addresses only. This is for fraud-prevention. Don't take it personally! Any request to change addresses will result in automatic order cancellation.  You must use your registered address.

·        All records ship out in a corrugated cardboard LP shipping mailer, with cardboard insert pads.

·        For vinyl, we recommend USPS Priority Mail shipping. Media Mail has a poor handling record. Your fragile LP covers may arrive with corners dinged and dented. 

·       Used records are VISUALLY graded and sold AS-IS.

   RETURNS:  We offer returns on used vinyl only.  Returns must be of the exact same item, in the condition you received, and returned in the original shipping carton.  Refunds will be given for the merchandise price only.  Return shipping is to be paid by the purchaser.  We recommend that you include a tracking service with your return.
