Up for sale in this auction is a rare picture disc of outtakes and demo recordings by the Beatles entitled "Documents Vol 1". This was released by Oh Boy Records in Luxembourg as PD 007. We received the record in a sealed poly bag which may or may not have been the way it was originally sold (we're unsure and opted to leave it the way it came to us). We can see the grooves/picture disc well enough through the poly bag that we can comfortably rate the record at VG to VG+ with only some minor wear present. Our guess is that the record is probably unplayed and was stored as a collector's item, but we cannot guarantee this. There is a small mark in the runout groove that looks to be caused while the record was in the poly bag, this should not affect play during the recorded portions since it is in the runout groove and looks to be between the grooves even. Near the small mark/scratch there is a light mar during the playable portion. We haven't checked this audibly but it looks light enough to not affect playback. We also believe this mark was caused while it was stored in the poly bag. Center spindles show little to no wear present which makes me think this record may have never seen a turntable. Which would make sense since most picture discs are made to be seen and not heard :D Jacket is generic white cardboard with a die-cut hole in both sides to view the picture disc. Rare and long out of print!

• SS  Still Sealed 
• M  Mint - Perfect in all ways.
• M- Mint Minus - Near perfect, most likely and unplayed record
• NM- Near Mint Minus - Extremely well cared for record. Probably a record that's been around for some years but extremely well looked after, but still not quite new enough to call Mint.
• VG++ Very Good Plus - As close to NM as it comes.
• VG+  Very Good Plus - Very close to like new with only superficial signs of use that do not affect playability. Only records stored and used with care will grade out to VG+.
• VG Very Good - A used, reasonable copy that plays. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of some light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still nice and playable.
• VG- Very Good Minus - A record with significant wear and marks. Records graded VG-usually have some noticeable surface noise.
• G+ Good Plus. 'Good' means pretty beat up. From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about extremely beat up records.
