CONDITION
Vinyl : Near MINT
Pristine, factory-fresh playing surfaces with just a few barely visible wispy paper Removal lines/ hairlines (a couple of small hairlines visible on side 2 but not feelable and do not effect audio in any way) complete with a sparkling rainbow shine directly beneath halogen light.
Labels: NEAR MINT
A nice pair showing a few spindle trails around each centre hole but only under light (See Photos)
AUDIO : NEAR MINT
Amazing sound quality throughout.
GATEFOLD COVER: EXCELLANT +
The Gatefold Cover is lovely looks like its been purchased recently let alone 55 years ago.
The high-gloss front panel is beautiful with no real scratching, disc impression, let alone any 'thumbnail' wrinkles or spine bends.
All corners are little worn, even the most easily and frequently damaged lower right.
The exposed inner panel is nice and clean and glossy & unblemished apart from smallest foxing/laminate creasing under light and all of the delicate flipbacks are undamaged.
Both seams are smooth and the spine is clearly & fully worded.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT +

Notes
A similar release exists which has "STEREO" printed slightly more to the right on both labels and has got a tax code embossed on side 1: The Beatles - Beatles For Sale.Released in a gatefold sleeve that opens from the inside and with horizontal flipbacks in the centre spread.
First pressing. Black/yellow labels with silver lettering. “The Parlophone Co. Ltd.” printed at the start perimeter print. “Recording first published 1964? and “Sold in U.K. subject…” text.
This is for original pressings only with track A7 titled as just "Kansas City" (Lieber-Stoller)
Later pressings had to be retitled for legal reasons.
The original LP sleeve and the label listed the song as "Kansas City" (Lieber-Stoller).
After the attorneys for Venice Music complained, the record label was revised to read:
"Medley: (a) Kansas City (Leiber/Stoller) (P)1964 Macmelodies Ltd./KPM. (b) Hey, Hey, Hey, Hey (Penniman) Venice Mus. Ltd. (P)1964."
