This is an original copy of the US Capitol EP "Four By the Beatles" with the original thick cardboard picture sleeve EAP 1-2121 on the green Capitol label.  These picture covers are really hard to find in top condition these days and as usual, this one as seam split.  The top and the bottom seams were split, the top has two small pieces of black tape that look like they were put on the cover over 20 years ago.  There are also 3 spots on the bottom of the cover where there was similar tape used, bu it was taken off and torn part of the cover where the tape was.  There is also some wear in the center of the cover and the back has some discoloration along the right hand side.  Overall, the cover is in good condition.  I bought it from a dealer who said it was very good +.  The record has numerous marks on it, overall, good, again, the dealer called it very good but I'm a little more strict with grading then he was
