PARLOPHONE - PMC 1255 - MONO - 1965 - UK 1ST PRESS

Original 1965 1st UK mono pressing on the yellow/black Parlophone label with 'The Gramophone..' rim text & 'Sold in UK' text on the labels. Very 1st pressing with 2/2 matrix endings and 'Lark Mus' credit for Act Naturally (changed to 'Lark Music' on later pressings).
Comes in the 1st issue laminated flipback sleeve by Garrod & Lofthouse with outlined 'mono' logo.

CONDITION (vinyl/cover)
VG++ (the record has a lovely gloss and in strong angled light shows just light superficial hairlines from sleeve removal and one light scratch on side 1 that does not affect the sound; there is no major wear or bad scratches; the labels are bright and clean and show signs of only light use; I played the album in full and can confirm playback is EX throughout with strong clear audio and no surface noise that detracts from the music - no repetitive clicks/pops and no significant sound deterioration or crackle, just a few bits in the silence between some of the tracks - overall this is a great playing copy for the collection!)
/ EX (the 1st issue laminated flipback sleeve by Garrod & Lofthouse is in very nice solid shape with minor wear only; the sleeves lies complately flat & the front laminate is bright and glossy with just some light discolouration/storagewear; all the edges are sharp and there are no splits; the white paper back has mild storagewear only; overall a great example with no splits, no writing and no significant creasing)
