Description
This is an original 1965 mono first pressing of The Beatles HELP! vinyl LP.
The vinyl has the black label with yellow Parlophone logo and silver print. It has "the gramophone co.ltd" and "sold in the UK". The matrix numbers are XEX 549-2 and XEX 550-2. It comes in the tracing paper lined " use Emitex" die-cut inner.
The vinyl plays without any problems and I would grade conservatively as very good plus.
The inner has a small split on one side caused by the vinyl, and the previous owner has written the album's title on one side, otherwise I would grade it as very good.
The laminated flip-back Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve has the outline " Mono" on the front cover. The previous owner has filled in the outline Help! on the rear cover (see photo 3) but otherwise I would grade the cover as very good plus.
The spine is fully intact and legible.
The record will be sent in a new record mailer with cardboard stiffener and posted by Royal Mail First Class.
If you want to bid for further items and hopefully combine postage it is important that you let me know. I will combine postage wherever possible but payment must then be made not later than 7 days after the first auction has ended. Please wait for my invoice before paying.
If you are not bidding on other items payment must be made by no later than 48 hours after the auction has ended. If you fail to pay by 48 hours or contact me within this time I will open an unpaid item case.
Any questions please ask before bidding and remember that none of the records I list are mint or near mint unless stated. In grading my records I use the Record Collector grading classification.
This is a UK posting only listing.
