THE BEATLES ‘Help!’ 1965 Mono Vinyl LP Black & Yellow Labels 2/2
XEX 549- 2, XEX 550-2 This release has the "KT" UK tax code on the A-side label. This release differs from other Help! releases because it has slightly different label layouts - most easily noticeable by comparing the distance between "THE BEATLES" and "MADE IN Gt. BRITAIN" at the bottom of the B-side labels.
Condition and details below: Cover - front has minimal creasing and a few marks/discolouration, no rips, no tears , solid VG+... Rear - very clean for its age and no pen marks, tears or any significant marks = VG+.... Inner = emitex, near mint, clean, no marks or rips.... Labels - Very clean, minimal surface marks, KT side 1 = VG+....
Vinyl - side 2 has a visible mark, other marks are very very faint and the surface is superb, nothing impacts a near perfect playback... Playback side 1 = No surface noise, excellent/near mint sound, no pops/clicks - sounds fantastic!; side 2 = pretty much the same excellent playback overall as side one , VG+ at least, there is a little surface noise, barely detectable, in odd places AND 3 CLICKS BETWEEN TRACKS 3 AND 4 ... ...SIDE 2 - sounds brilliant overall!! (Yesterday is always a good indicator on this LP, and on this copy it sounds really powerful...)
PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT THIS LP IS AN AGED, USED ITEM, AND WILL NOT LOOK OR PLAY LIKE NEW. I always try to give a fair overview of condition and a selection of photos, which give an indication of what you are buying/bidding on.
I always play test and give a fair appraisal of how the LP sounds on my system; this is always a subjective thing, and so may vary on others - If there are any flaws or jumps detected I will mention this and it will be reflected in the price/starting bid; NB: sometimes items may benefit from further cleaning etc.
Postage is as stated, usually, UK, 2nd class signed for and international sales Royal Mail tracked and signed for. I will, on request, ensure item value is stated low on the custom form and indicate as gift - any taxes are payable by the buyer
My gradings are through the recognised Goldmine standard, and as accurate as I can make them (although please bear in mind it is still subjective and mistakes can occur ) :) - please let me know if there are any issues
