Original front laminated flip-back sleeve, printed by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd, with outline ‘Stereo’ on front.

CONDITION:       I strive to provide an accurate and honest appraisal of condition.  It’s in my best interests to do so.  I WANT YOU TO COME BACK!    All records are checked in good natural light and play tested at a loud volume (unless described as sealed, brand new or stated otherwise).   All used records are cleaned using a Moth vacuum record cleaning machine prior to play testing.    STRICT  U.K. MAGAZINE  'RECORD COLLECTOR'  GRADING SYSTEM USED.

Playing condition is EX/EX-.   Little lessening in sound quality.    Plays well throughout with light surface noise in places – mostly in between tracks or on the quieter intros.   Small number of audible pops in places during ‘Yesterday’.    Overall, NO loud obtrusive crackle   NO distortion   NO jumps   NO sticking.

Visually the record is EX.   Few and faint surface-only marks/scuffs.    Playing surface still looks lovely and clean and retains its original sheen.

Labels are EX+.    Light spindle marks/wear.   All label text clearly readable.   NO stickers.  NO writing. 

Sleeve is in EX/EX- condition.   Only issues are several creases to the front laminate and a bit of discolouration/rubbing in places on the back.   Very, very minor corner wear - virtually no edge wear.   Front laminate still predominantly nice and clean.    Spine still nice and neat and all spine text perfectly readable.    NO seam splits.   NO tears.   NO stickers.   NO writing.

Inner still in great nick.  Light discolouration.  Some creasing.     NO seam splits.   NO stickers.

MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint

EXCELLENT (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG) The record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratches. Normal wear and tear on the cover and extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable

GOOD (G) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeable deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and or deface

POOR (P) The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing

BAD (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken and is only of use as a collection filler
