Description
A first press copy of The Beatles' fifth album "Help" in stereo on Parlophone PCS3071.
The sleeve has the word 'stereo' in outlined typeface. The sleeve has some marks to the left hand edge and some slight discolouration to the rear. (Please see my photographs).
Emitex inner sleeve.
The labels have some 'spidering' but no writing on them. The "All rights of the manufacturer" message starts with "The Gramophone Co Ltd". The label has the "Sold in the UK statement". The KT tax code is embossed on side 2.
The vinyl has numerous light surface marks but plays extremely well without any sticking or jumping of the stylus. Any 'crackles' or 'pops' are distant and only discernable through some of the run-ins. The matrix and stampers are YEX168-1 '2' AO in side 1 and YEX169-1 '3' MT on side 2. A great example of this 1st stereo pressing of "Help".
I am a collector and not a dealer. Current circumstances force me to break up my collection. Standard postage and packing (uninsured) within the United Kingdom will be charged at £2.25. If you prefer recorded delivery (and I would recommend this at the very least) will be £3.00. For bidders within the EU the standard (uninsured) postage will be £4.00. For succesful bidders outside of the EU the standard (uninsured) charge will be £5.50. If you require postal insurance kindly contact me for the applicable cost prior to making any payment. I cannot accept any liability for the loss or damage of any uninsured item in the mail.
