This particular Beatles record appears on eBay fairly often but usuallly either the disc or the sleeve has condition issues.  This one isn't perfect but the photos will confirm it is a really nice item.  The record itself is stellar.  Clean, glossy and incredibly impressive.  It truly looks unplayed although that is probably not the case.  It is a top copy for sure.

The sleeve has some ring imprinting, some wear and age stainng, some wrinkling and creasing but as the photos confirm, this copy is in pretty good condition.  Most importantly, there are no splits, no writing, no staple holes and no stickers.  Overall it appears to be intact and in nice condition.  Multiple photos from each angle.

This item is being listed as a 10 day auction, and with a low starting bid so that Beatles collectors worldwide get a shot at picking up this very nice 45 and sleeve.
