Vinyl grading is based on the Goldmine standard:
“SS” Still Sealed
“M” Mint - a near perfect, or unplayed record.
“NM” Near Mint - in factory fresh condition, like new.
EX+ - close to like new with only superficial signs of use that don't affect play. Will satisfy all but the most vain and demanding collector.
EX - a used, reasonable copy. Shows slight signs of wear.
VG+ - There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility a few skuffs and/or light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.
VG - significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise,still plays great.
Good - In the record world, "Good" is not good! From here on down, we're talking about beat-up records!

Payment Policy: Payment is expected within 3 days of the closing of the auction. Paypal is the preferred method of Payment. Payment made via Paypal is fast and secure, which can bring up to have your item sent quickly. 
Please understand, if your Paypal account associated with your Credit Card, your payment will be completed instantly. However, if your Paypal account associated with your check account, your payment will be paid as e-check. While you Paypal your payment as e-check, the payment will be cleared in 5 to 12 business days. We are not able to ship out the item until the payment is clear.
Shipping: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. We ship within 24 hours on business days. Currently we only ship within the United States including all U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, etc.), military APO/FPO addresses, and many international locations. Please see the shipping tab for specific details. Once your payment has been received, please allow one day for processing.
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories take several days longer to arrive using the Economy shipping method. If you need your order quickly, please choose the Standard shipping method in these areas.
We are proud to offer a combined shipping discount if you purchase multiple items. We charge the regular price for the first item and only $1.50 for each additional item for every shipping method. You should see the option when you check out. If you do not, please purchase the items and hold off on payment. We will receive a notice about a combined shipment and send an invoice with the total charges. Sorry, once an item has been paid for we are unable to combine it with another purchase.
We only ship item to PayPal registered address. Please make sure your shipping address is matched with Paypal address before you pay. If you live in apartment or you entered business address. Please, don't forget to add apt number (#) or suite number (#). 
Changes of Address - Because of the way we electronically receive orders from eBay, it is extremely difficult to change the shipping address for your order. Please be sure that the address in your eBay account is current and matches where you would like the package delivered.
Economy Shipping Service - Our Economy Shipping method uses the US Parcel Post and US Standard Media Mail. You should expect to receive your package in around 3-8 business days, but it may take a bit longer for delivery in some locations. Please note that because the delivery is made by the US Postal Service, PO Boxes are allowed for this shipping method.
Standard Shipping Service - Our Standard Shipping method uses the US Postal Services First Class Mail. You can expect to receive your order in 2-5 business days with this service once the package ships. Tracking for this delivery method can be found on the USPS website.
Expedited Shipping Service - If you wish to receive your order quicker, our expedited service uses UPS 2nd Day Air. You can expect to receive your package in 2 business days from the date of processing with this service. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. This method is only available for physical addresses. International Buyers - We will only ship to international buyers, if the item is eligible or qualify for international shipping.  Items that qualify for international shipping will feature a note on the product detail page under Shipping that says; "This item is also available for shipping to select countries outside the U.S. International deliveries will take 1-6 weeks. shipping cost is based on USPS First Class International Mail postal rate and destination."
Please Note -  Import duties, taxes, and charges for international buyers are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SOLD "AS IS." WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR ANY INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES. Because USPS does not provide tracking information for international shipments we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages shipped to a location outside of the US.
Additional Info - Batteries and items less than 13 oz  will be shipped via USPS first class mail with tracking number. If available, tracking is uploaded to eBay within 24 hours of shipment.

Handling: Shipping costs include handling. What is handling? Handling is the cost associated with packaging each item. We use tape, boxes, bubble mailers, packing peanuts, kraft paper, bubble wrap, etc. This cost is included in the shipping and handling charges. We intend to cover the total cost of shipping each item while still providing the lowest possible rates. We do not profit from shipping. We do refund the excess amount in shipping and handling if a buyer is overcharged for shipping and handling.
Return Policy: If you wish to request a return, please ensure you contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We will accept returns if the item is not fit for purpose or if the item is not 100% as described by us. Returned goods must be received within 30 days of the original shipment to the customer. Return shipping is to be paid for by the buyer. All return items shall be sent with an insurance coverage against loss or damage. Any returns, sent by the buyer, are shipped at the buyer's risk. We do not take responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in transit. We will happily refund the paid price of the item once it has been returned and assessed. Accepted returns will be refunded by the method by which you paid. For purchases where a shipping charge was paid, there will be no refund of the original shipping charge. For purchases where shipping was free, returned items will be refunded less a restocking fee of 10% or $10 USD will be assessed, whichever is greater. Customers are only able to request and exchange for garments that are still currently available for sale online.
NOTE: If we are in error (wrong item was shipped, or defective) we will be happy to correct the problem and send you a replacement. We (the Seller) will pay the re-shipping price.
Unclaimed Package return:   If the package return because incorrect shipping address, not available for receiving package after multiple attempt delivery by driver, refusal at time of delivery or pick up., or unpaid broker fee and tax. we do charge all return shipping cost before refund your payment. 
Privacy Policy   We does not share any customer data or information outside of the company except where necessary to ship product to you, and to complete credit card confidential information like your credit card, is deleted from our systems once your transaction with us is complete.
Email addresses are protected and not shared with any outside agency. We occasionally do send out email campaigns to our customers in order to notify you of special sales and promotions that we are running.
