DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: Title neatly written on front, otherwise Superb...edges and corners sharp...no creasing: EX
FAN CLUB INSERT: Just a couple of very light creases, otherwise Superb...nice and clean...edges and corners sharp: EX
VINYL: just a few ultrafine paper contact surface hairlines..both sides play Superbly with barely any surface static anywhere..no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...lovely clear sound throughout!: VISUAL EX / AUDIO EX+
LABELS: Superb...no spidering visible even under very strong light: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
